DEA (Disability Equals Ability) had an honour to interview Michael Crawford Hicks, Paralympic Photographer and founder of Disability Sports Network.

A wonderful and an eye opening journey of a man who acquired his disability in 2021 while on his way to work at Waterloo Station. A Londoner who’s life has turned upside down. Michael opens up about his journey towards acceptance of having to live with FND for the rest of his life. This event also marked the beginning of moving towards his passion for photography and making the difference in the world of Paralympic sport coverage.
