About Health Horizons Project

About Health Horizons Project

We believe every adult living with disability in Wiltshire deserves access to practical support, community connection, and the space to thrive. That's why we're running four free workshops throughout April - October 2026, each one exploring a different dimension of wellbeing, led by experienced facilitators in welcoming, fully accessible venues.

Whether you want to talk through the emotional challenges of disability, explore tools for communication, find your community, or learn more about physical health, there's a session for you.
